Saffron opens at half past seven for breakfast and serves through to eleven at night, which in practice means you can eat here whenever you arrive. The menu runs across four kitchens — North Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Continental — and the room is large enough that a family of twenty rarely needs to book. There is a pure vegetarian section, and the kitchen will cook Jain or no-onion-no-garlic on request; mention it when you order rather than hoping.

Bar & lounge

Hours: 10 am – 11 pm

A quiet room rather than a loud one. The bar opens mid-morning and runs until the restaurant closes, and most evenings it is somewhere to sit for half an hour after a day's work or while a table is laid — not a place you have to raise your voice in. Service is at the table, and the kitchen next door means you can order food with a drink rather than instead of one.

The same kitchen, scaled up. In-house catering for weddings, receptions, birthdays and corporate gatherings, with set menus built around your budget and your guest count. Parvathi Pearls has a kitchen of its own beside the hall, which is the reason 300 plates can leave hot rather than warm. Tell us the date and the numbers and we will put a quote together.
